The mission of the Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs is to formulate policies and implement strategies for administrative reform in order to ensure an efficient and effective public service.

If you encounter instances of corruption in the public sector please contact the Ministry of Public Administration and Home Affairs and make an official complaint. You need not be a party to the activity: you can register an official complaint about any matter of corruption (including unnecessary delays, neglect, misuse of authority, threats etc) that you are aware of. If you are uncertain whether the matters falls within the jurisdiction of the Ministry, the staff can advise you.
