How to report instances of corruption to the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka 
The vision of the Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka (HRC) is to ensure the human rights of all and to promote and protect the rule of law. The mandate of the HRC is to investigate and inquire into violations of fundamental rights, intervene in court proceedings with the permission of the court, monitor the welfare of detainees through regular inspections of places of detention, undertake research on human rights issues and public education programs on human rights, to summon persons before the Commission to procure evidence including documentary evidence, and to examine witnesses.
If you encounter an act of corruption contact the Human Rights Commission and they will direct you on how to file an official complaint.
